We understand commercial pools need to be open for use as much as possible. For this reason we prioritise all commercial pool services with accelerated attendance, diagnosis and repair to keep the pool open and keep everyone happy.
Free Professional Water Testing
For our regular commercial clientele we offer a free bi-weekly water testing service. We attend the premises every second Monday and collect a pool sample, test it and e-mail through the results of the test and recommendations for what chemicals should be added to the water.
Whilst on-site we check stock levels of the chemicals on hand and top up whatever may be required for the dosing of the pool (cost of chemicals not included in free water test).

Pool Equipment Repair or Replacement
If there is any trouble with commercial pool equipment we can attend site to diagnose the issue. The equipment will be assessed for replacement or repair and our recommendation on which is the better option will be provided. Once a course of action is agreed upon we get underway straight away to get the pool operating again.
We install/repair/replace pumps, chlorinators, sand/glass and cartridge filters, chlorinators, automatic dosing systems, heaters, pool rails etc.

Commercial Pool Servicing and Maintenance
We provide weekly, fortnightly and monthly pool and spa servicing to a variety of commercial operators and body corporates around the Gold Coast.
The service involves attending site and testing the water then adding any chemicals required for a well balanced pool. The pool is then completely cleaned (netted, vacuumed, brushed etc.) and all pool equipment is given the required maintenance (cleaning of filters, chlorinator cells etc.).
Some resorts elect to have us come out to just balance the water and maintain the equipment – taking care of the cleaning of the pool themselves.

Acid Wash
Some commercial operators find that their pool shell has staining or discolouration in certain areas. An acid wash can often be a cheaper way of reducing/eliminating staining or discolouration from the pool shell rather than a complete replacement.
Pool Fencing Safety Inspections
For shared pools (as almost all commercial pools are) – a pool fencing safety inspection and certificate is required annually. We inspect and certify many commercial pools across the Gold Coast and if you’d like to discuss or organise one don’t hesitate to contact us.
